Highlights for Global Perspectives:
* Food Day for each region of the world, where students can bring in dishes
from around the world for extra credit.
* Create a nation-project, where students create their own country, complete
with a functioning government and economic system.
* Amnesty International Project - where students take a problem from around
the world and create a practical solution.
