How Are We Improving

Central Academy is following the “Professional Learning Community” model which flows from the assumption that the core mission of formal education is not simply that students are taught but to ensure that they learn.

By following this philosophy, Central Academy has devised a Student Management Team that monitors student progress, improvement and achievement on a weekly basis.  Students are provided with an intervention period where individualized tutoring is given to each student.
